Elluminate's CCF is a communication framework that creates a collaboration environment which can deal with the inherent unpredictability of the Internet. Rather than depending on the browser for bandwidth management, CCF optimizes a data stream specifically for the connection speed of each individual user, whether someone comes in on a 28.8K modem or a fast speed LAN.
