EPS Event Hosting Services offers you the use of an Elluminate Live! Enterprise Edition™ or Elluminate Live! Academic Edition™ room to host your sessions, with event pricing based on a fixed price per minute per attendee. In addition, we'll provide and host a recorded archive of each session for subsequent retrieval and playback. So attendees can review content and those who couldn't attend the original event can participate.

The level of our EPS engagement is dictated entirely by your needs. That's why we offer a variety of additional services to help your event go as smoothly as possible. For online events, our registration service includes the creation of all sessions, as well as attendee registration, instructions for downloading and accessing Elluminate Live!, and email event reminders. We can also provide detailed reports on participant attendance, so you can track who attended and for how long. Elluminate technical support is also available before and during the event, and if any participants don't have a sound card in their computer, we can even provide a phone bridge. Online or blended, your events will be everything you imagined with Elluminate.

For both online and blended events, we'll help you train your presenters, including conducting a practice session prior to the live event. We can even review the practice session and provide feedback. For online events, an Elluminate Event Moderator can provide assistance to your own moderators to help make sure all participants get the most out of your event. For blended events, an Elluminate Remote Conference Facilitator will participate onsite at your event to provide the technical expertise and ensure that all attendees see every slide and hear every bit of audio, just like the onsite attendees. Elluminate Live! makes remote attendees feel like they are truly part of the event—without expensive and time-consuming travel.
