("Elluminate") Apple iPod 30GB - NECC 2006 Show Drawing (the Drawing)

Eligibility: Entries into the random drawing will be limited to people who visit the Elluminate booth at the show and receive raffle tickets, the quantity of which shall be determined by the 'poker hand' each participant is dealt at the Elluminate booth. Entrants do not need to be present at time of drawing to win. Employees, officers and directors of Elluminate, Inc. (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies), and their immediate families/household members, are not eligible. This drawing is VOID where prohibited. Entrants must be of legal adult age as proscribed by their local and federal laws.
To Enter: (a) Visit the Elluminate booth to learn more about Elluminate's Academic solutions. (b) Indicate a willingness to participate in the drawing. (c) Elluminate starts every participant with a winning hand of two Aces (two-of-a-kind) and will be dealt three additional cards. (c) An improvement in the participants' hand will increase the number of entries into the drawing. (d) Participant will receive a raffle ticket for each entry earned. Limit one hand per individual; maximum of five total entries per participant. Two-of-a-kind = 1 entry; Two pairs = 2 entries; Three-of-a-kind = 3 entries; Full house = 4 entries; Four-of-a-kind = 5 entries. Additional entries can be obtained by completed an eight-question survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=221902223250 or by attending an onsite demo at the Elluminate booth number 2045/2047 scheduled every hour, on the hour for fifteen minutes during NECC 2006 published exhibit hall times. Note: because each participant is automatically starting with two Aces, straights or flushes are impossible.
The winner will be decided by Elluminate via a random raffle ticket drawing at 12:00pm. PST on July 7, 2006 at Booth #2045/2047 at the NECC 2006 conference. A maximum of 1 participant will be randomly selected to win the Apple iPod 30GB, which will be awarded physically if the winner is onsite, or via delivery if the winner is not present.
Prizes: 1 Prize - Apple iPod 30GB valued at $299 USD. Odds of winning depend on the actual number of entries during the NECC show. Prize is non-transferable. Each winner shall bear all risk of loss of the prize, and of any damage to person or property caused by its use, after it has been awarded to the Winner. Elluminate assumes no liability or responsibility for any warranty relating to the prize.
