Elluminate Recognized as One of Fast Company Magazine's Fast 50 Readers' Choice Organizations
Company's Learning Across Borders Program Makes a Difference for Third-World Schools
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, (March 29, 2007) — Elluminate, Inc., a leading provider of live eLearning and web collaboration solutions for the real-time organization, today announced that it has been named to Fast Company magazine's 2007 Fast 50 list of readers' favorites. Specifically, the company was recognized for its Learning Across Borders (LAB) initiative, a program that works to spread online education to third-world countries by conducting online classes and events using Elluminate Live!® The Fast 50 is Fast Company magazine's annual readers' challenge, a global search for people doing extraordinary things with a goal of reminding the world of all the good that's created when passionate people with big ideas and strong convictions are determined to make a difference. After a nationwide vote, the magazine's readers named Elluminate one of the top 50 favorite companies.

Created by Elluminate's Stace Wills and Dan Rickard, the LAB program works with partners like the Association of African Distance Learning Centers and Oi Futuro (the not-for-profit arm of Brazil's largest telecom company, Telemar) to supply Elluminate Live! software and computer hardware, including desktops, projectors and more, to extend the opportunity to learn online to schools that normally would not have access to Elluminate Live! or expensive computer equipment. The LAB team began a series of classes bringing together students in Mozambique, Brazil and Canada in an interactive virtual classroom to discuss global environmental issues and identify actionable solutions.

"We are extremely honored to join other recognized leaders, innovators and technology pioneers on Fast Company magazine's Fast 50 readers' favorites list, and we congratulate Stace and his team on their excellent work," said Maurice Heiblum, president of Elluminate USA, Inc. "This acknowledgement from the readers of such a highly regarded publication represents a clear validation of our Learning Across Borders program, as well as our industry-leading live eLearning technology."
