Fort Lauderdale, Florida, (March 28, 2007) — Elluminate, Inc., a leading provider of live eLearning and web collaboration solutions for the real-time organization, announced today that the Hurricane Education Leadership Program (HELP Team) has been accepted into the company's Community Partner Program. As a Community Partner, the HELP Team has implemented Elluminate Live!® Academic Edition™ as a resource for its consortia members, helping to support schools on the Gulf Coast to continue the recovery process and move towards a 21st century learning environment following hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

The goal of the HELP Team is to create a learning model that can be replicated by other schools in the affected area and across the country. Using Elluminate Live! eliminates the need for team members to travel, while allowing the participating HELP Team partners to continue to provide consulting, relationship building and expertise at little or no cost to the affected schools.

In addition, the team is employing Elluminate Live! to facilitate an after-school forensics program with six Gulf Coast high schools, the University of New Haven's School of Forensic Science and the Tiger Woods Learning Center in Anaheim, California. According to award-winning science teacher Don Comeaux from Belle Chase High School in Plaquemines Parrish, Louisiana, Elluminate Live! will afford him the opportunity to bring a wide variety of guest speakers and subject matter experts into his classroom from across the country, as travel will no longer be an issue.
