One World for Children and Customs Brokers and Forwarders Council of Australia Deploy Elluminate Live!® to Increase Reach of Online Training Programs

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, (September 13, 2006) — Elluminate, Inc., a leading provider of live eLearning and web collaboration software, announced today that two major Australian organizations, One World for Children and Customs Brokers and Forwarders Council of Australia, have chosen Elluminate Live!® to conduct virtual training for child care providers and customs brokers throughout the country. Elluminate was introduced to both organizations through its Australian partner and distributor, Yellow Edge.

One World for Children, a registered center for child care providers working with children under six years old, selected Elluminate Live! to evolve traditional child care training past face-to-face and text-based online training, to an interactive web-based platform that child care workers throughout the country could use. Customs Brokers and Forwarders, an organization that provides certification and training courses for workers in the barrier clearance and freight forwarding industry, used Elluminate in lieu of face-to-face classes when colleges in certain parts of the country dropped courses due to limited enrollment.

Both organizations found that the use of Elluminate Live! has extended the reach of their training programs. Customs Brokers and Forwarders students throughout Australia and the world are logging in to the Australian Elluminate classes, using the software's breakout rooms to collaborate in small groups to learn practical applications of their online lesson plans. One World for Children personalizes the use of the software and promotes a greater level participation through the use of a combination of emoticons, text messaging and voice over the Internet. Using Yellow Edge and existing Elluminate tutorial recordings to learn the software, both organizations have experienced increased interest and awareness for their programs.
