Elluminate Professional Services (EPS) is at your service, providing additional resources, domain expertise, best practices, and personalized attention. We’ll help you leverage your educational technology investment and ensure user success throughout your enterprise.

• Elluminate Essentials. This bundled implementation solution is designed to support widespread use of Elluminate Live! as an easy-to-own, easy-to-use solution for facilitating collaboration and delivering an engaging, high-quality learning experience to a geographically dispersed student population.
• Elluminate Training. Take advantage of live and recorded training at no cost, while on-site delivery, private sessions, and customized courses are available for a fee. Visit our Training Portal.
• Custom Implementations. Our customized services address our unique academic and business requirement and can include content conversion and development, report writing, and integration.
• Integration Support. This package includes consulting and training services to support your integration of Elluminate Live! with a third-party application, such as your learning management or registration system. We even provide a hosted environment for validation testing to minimize negative impact on your production system.
• Event Hosting. We offer end-to-end event hosting services to ensure your event is a worry-free success, whether you have 10 participants or 1000. To promote your event, we can create a custom registration portal and detailed event pages, provide attendee instructions and email notifications. We’ll train your presenters, moderate the event, provide technical support, and give you online/offline interactive recordings for archiving.
• Technical Support. In addition to a self-help portal, searchable knowledge base, and online incident reporting and monitoring, our certified IT professionals provide call center management and triage. Visit our Support Portal.
