Elluminate Live! uses a proprietary form of Voice over the Internet that adapts to constantly changing internet connection speeds and reliability. All Voice information will be automatically buffered at any sign of internet lag or loss. All users will experience the same quality regardless of their connection speed or Operating system.

There are several settings which can affect the quality of audio delivered in an Elluminate Live! session.

• Use our Audio Wizard to walk you through the steps to configure your audio settings.
• If you are using a USB headset or microphone and are experiencing sound issues look for more information here
• When you log into a session and receive an error message that displays "Unable to configure audio..." Get more information here
