If you are connecting to an Elluminate Live! session from a home computer or Home Office, you may be connecting through a router. This device will allow you to connect many computers to one internet connection. These routers are often shipped with a firewall in place that may need to be configured to allow connection to a session.

Most routers come with a manual or have online instructions on how to configure for access.

You will need to allow outbound access either port 2187 or port 80 for all protocols.
