Your next step is to login to your Elluminate Live!™ session at the required time. The organization hosting this session will provide you with login details. You will either be sent a URL link in an email which you can click on to join, or you will be sent a username and password, which you will use at http://www.elluminate.com/member.jsp to join the session.
If you are still unable to join your live session you should:
- Verify the session time (It may not have started yet, or may already be finished)
- Your username and/or password is invalid (Please contact the organization that is hosting your session)
