You can check the success of a Java™ Web Start installation by opening the Java™ Web Start Application Manager. Locate the Java™ Web Start icon on your desktop or hard drive and open it.


This will open the Java™ Web Start Application Manager. If your installation was successful, you will first see a Java Web Start splash screen.

The splash screen will disappear to be replaced by the Application Manager. If you can see the Application Manager, you have a successfully installed Java™ Web Start.


If you can see the Application Manager, you have a successfully installed Java™ Web Start and you may close the Application Manager. Click here to proceed.
