There are a few things to check.
  1. Make sure you a local administrator on your computer.
  2. Is there a protocol or policy in your organization that does not allow downloading and installation of software from the internet?
  3. Is there a firewall - Personal or Corporate - that might be interfering with the download? For more information see our proxy/firewall configuration setup page.
  4. Try a manual download. Once downloaded, open the installer and follow the directions to install.
