If your installation of Java Web Start does not complete successfully, you can manually download and install it.

Note that supported Mac OS X, Solaris, and Linux systems have Java Web Start already installed.

For all systems that meet the minimum system requirements for running Elluminate Live!, you can download the "Offline installer" directly from Sun for your operating system.
