Are you using Elluminate Live! V8?

Elluminate released V8 of Elluminate Live!. in June 2007, and we have many customers already taking advantage of all the new features. If you haven't upgraded yet and are wondering how you can begin using V8, just ask the Elluminate administrator at your organization to contact our Technical Support Team. Here's what you should know.

If you are a hosted customer using the Session Administration System (SAS), we have already enabled the V8 server in your SAS account. This means you can schedule all your new sessions on V8, and you can also edit existing sessions and switch them over to V8. For example, when you are scheduling a new session or editing an existing one, be sure to select the V8 server from the Version drop-down menu. If you have already fully transitioned your sessions to V8, please notify Elluminate's support team, and they will make the V8 server the default and remove the V7 server from your account.

If you are hosting your own Elluminate server, your administrator has received a CD with the upgrade and instructions on how to install the new version. You can upgrade your server at any time.
