What is an ExTRA report?

An ExTRA (exception trace) report is automatically generated when an internal error is detected during an Elluminate Live! session or recording.When prompted to send the ExTRA report, you can add a comment explaining what happened when the error occurred. This will help us better understand the error. No personal data is gathered when ExTRA reports are sent, only information regarding the error and your system. This includes:
  • Operating system
  • Memory usage
  • Exception log
  • Java version
  • Language settings
  • Date/time
Should you require assistance with the error causing an ExTRA report, simply fill in your email address and a message to support asking for assistance. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
