IT/Help Desk Staff Contact Information

The Elluminate Services team would like to ensure that your organization's Help Desk team is well equipped and informed to answer Level 1 technical questions from your end users. To this end, we are asking you to send us the contact information for your Help Desk team. This will enable us to provide updates to your team as well as direct users who contact Elluminate's Technical Services Team to your organization's Help Desk. We are often contacted directly by users who need assistance and don't know who to contact with issues such as username, password, or event scheduling. It is also important that you inform your users about who to contact should they experience difficulties.

Elluminate's Technical Services Team provides Level 2 support to your Help Desk Team. Elluminate has many resources available to your Help Desk team and your end users consisting of user guides, training resources,frequently asked questions and a searchable Knowledge Base available on our support pages. As always, remember that we are more than happy to assist your Help Desk staff and provide the training that you need. If you wish to add direct user support or extended support hours for your organization, contact your Elluminate account representative.
