Invalid Arugment Error

When joining an Elluminate Live! session for the first time, it may happen that the user receives a message stating “Unable to launch the specified application” and further details show “Invalid Argument error”.

This error occurs when you first connect to an Elluminate Live!session and your temporary Internet cache is full, thus preventing the resource files from being loaded to your computer. Details about how to clear the cache are available on our Frequently Asked Questions page.
