Issue with Converting PowerPoint 2007 Presentations

Due to a recent update released by Microsoft (Office Suite Service Pack 1 - SP1), when you load your PowerPoint 2007 presentations into an Elluminate Live! session, you'll find the slide is partially visible in the upper left corner of the whiteboard, while the rest of the slide is black.

Elluminate is working to solve the problem created by this Service Pack and will notify you of the resolution. In the meantime, here are a few workarounds. For more information and a screen shot, visit our knowledge base.
