Resources for First Time Users

In order to help participants prepare for their first Elluminate Live! session, we have created several resources that we encourage you to take advantage of. You can invite participants to visit our support page and follow the steps in the "First Time Users" section. The steps include a link to install the required software, a link to join Elluminate's 24 hour Configuration Room, and resources such as our Online Orientation and recorded overview to get participants started in their first session. Feel free to provide this web page to your participants so they can pre-configure their computer systems and prepare for their session.
