Presentation Wizard for Elluminate Live
Elluminate is pleased to release Beta Version 2 of the Presentation Wizard! The Presentation Wizard converts PDF files, PowerPoint presentations, StarOffice and OpenOffice presentations into high quality Whiteboard (.wbd) files that you can easily load into your Elluminate Live!® sessions. This version allows users to convert larger presentations and PDF files.


Launch Presentation Wizard
Notes:
  • The Presentation Wizard is available for Windows, Mac OS X and Solaris.
  • Java Runtime Environment 1.5 or higher is required.
  • If you are converting StarOffice or OpenOffice presentations, StarOffice / OpenOffice must be installed on your computer to use the Presentation Wizard. You can download OpenOffice from http://www.openoffice.org
  • The Presentation Wizard can be used for:
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
      • 2000, XP, 2003, on Windows
      • Version 10.1.x from Office v.X on Mac
    • OpenOffice
      • Version 1.1.5 (Windows/Mac/Solaris)
      • Version 2.x (Windows only)
  • Close all documents and/or presentations before using the Presentation Wizard.
  • Each panel of the Presentation Wizard is documented and will guide you through the necessary steps
  • For large sized presentations, we recommended that you allow sufficient time for the conversion process.
  • The converted whiteboard file can be loaded in any Elluminate Live! session.

First Time Users:

When running the Presentation Wizard for the first time, you will see a Security Dialog verifying the Presentation Wizard's digital signature

Click on "Run"
