Bill Bateman is a training consultant and good friend, with a keen interest in computer security. That's why he eagerly assists friends and family with their computer problems, helping them understand the importance of staying secure, correctly installing anti-virus software, and using email and web browsing safely.

With Elluminate vRoom, Bateman can come to the rescue via desktop sharing without spending time on the road or trading endless emails and phone calls. Bateman also sees use of vRoom spilling over into his computer training business, Sitka Bay Company, for a variety of projects. These include train-the-trainer classes, curriculum development, and technical reviews of classroom training manuals.
